[Dxbase] Auto Lotw info

I received a few questions about auto lotw for DXBase. Joe W6AE designed
this program to help load and download log files from DXBase 2007 to LOTW at
the ARRL.  Here is the link describing auto lotw for DX Base:

The link references version 2.50 which worked fine up to April of this year
and then the LOTW folks changed things a little and we were unable to
download LOTW data to DXBase.

In April Joe corrected this issue with version 2.51 and that is what I
requested a copy of and received from a few of you who had the latest
version - Thanks!

I and a few others have 2.51 and would be glad to send this zipped 54k
program to you at your request.

I run the program from my XP and Windows 7 desktop and 2.51 is working fine
with DXBase 2007.
