[Dxbase] Previous QSO Toolbar

I had DXBase running in the background with another program on top.  When I
closed the program on top the Previous QSO box was reduced to just one
character wide with the X at the top and some white area below.  When I
attempt to enlarge this box I can grab either side the pull it but  when I
let go it immediately pops back to one character wide.  When I grab the
bottom or top and pull it, it does extend and stay there with I let go.  

 

I have tried to close and reopen this Toolbar with no luck. I have closed
the Toolbar and shut down DXBase.  When I reopen DXBase I continue to get
the same little deformed Previous QSO Toolbar.

 

Are there any suggestions, short of reinstalling, that I could try.
