[Dxbase] Table entries

Hi guys,
OK, so the Big Change is upon us. It's been quite a while since the last
changes were needed to the tables, and none involved deleting and re-adding
the same prefixes. As such, anybody know how to handle the primary prefix
changes and then the mappings? 

In addition, I haven't seen any traffic to the list since mid-September so
has this even been addressed? The last message thread I received was
"Problem with stats table" on 9/14/2010.
