[Dxbase] Question

TIM, I feel your pain brother.

Most programs have not updated their list.  This is because no one has no 
information to write it in stone.  Until the UN and ARRL has confirmed the 
suspicions, the only way I did it was the old fashion way.  Your not alone.

I know of one program that has.  They may have to re-do it later on.  Any thing 
would have helped.  

The complexity of DXBase the way it stands now is very confusing.  All ways was 
to me.  The next version will be a cake walk.
