[Dxbase] the new PJs

Hi Alan
There are plenty of tools in DXBase 2006 to do this. Go to the Tools menu,
select Database Access, then Country Prefixes. You can mark the old prefixes
as deleted and add the new ones.
You can also upgrade to 2007 and get it via the updater!
