[Dxbase] Previous QSO Window Size

Something in the deep recesses of what is left of my mind, I seem to 
recall that there may have already been some discussion about 
re-sizing the Previous QSO window.  However, I haven't been able to 
locate it in my saved emails.

So, my question is can you re-size the Previous QSO window, and most 
importantly save the changes?  I am able to temporarily re-size it 
whereby the bottom is not chopped off, but upon closing and 
re-opening it, it defaults back to its previous settings.

Any suggestions?
