[Dxbase] Help with Window Sizing

I have just upgraded to DX Base 2007.  I have zoomed in on the Logbook, changed the column widths, got the colors I want and saved them to default.  When I reopen the program all the color layouts are good but the column widths and zoomed in size return to whatever the program has as perimeters,  In my old 2003 program I figured out how to fix the problem but its been to many years.  Any suggestions?  Please give specific instructions as I am not a computer guru!
