[Dxbase] Help Files

The DXbase help file is part of the master download for the software itself. 
When you install DXbase, the .hlp (help file) is installed along with the 
rest of the software.  The "printable" microsoft .doc files for the help 
file are contained in a separate folder on the DXbase CDROM.
