[Dxbase] Can Summary be configured to select whether card or lotw is 'confirmed'?

I'm wondering whether I've missed something in the manual or not.

Is there a way to configure what the Summary window considers for a 'C'
(confirmed) contact?  That is, can I choose whether a card, lotw or either
turns the "W" (worked) into a "C" (confirmed).  If so, what is it?
