[Dxbase] Updater - Another Possible Issue: Beam Headings

Hi, Ron!

Well, the PJ beam headings in DXBase were right /before/ applying the 
Updater; they were wrong after applying the Updater.

And Neal acknowledges the issue with the Updater.

So guess I'm not getting your point.

In any event, it's easy to fix on your own, which I did in a few minutes.
