[Dxbase] Updater - Question/Issue

Just installed and ran the updater in DXBase 2007. No problem, except 
that as someone already observed, need to turn off Norton during the 
installation process.

Only did the PJ updates, so far.

Post update, for some reason, PJ5 is showing confirmed (via LOTW) for 
one QSO on 40 CW.  The contact was with PJ5/K1XM on 10/10/10 at /*0253Z*/.

The new entities, including PJ5, don't count until 10/10/10 at /*0400Z.

*/Have I missed something, or is there a (date or time) bug with the 
updater?
