[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 QSL Via Field

Lately I've noticed that when I log a QSO the "QSL Via" field is populated 
with the same entry from the last time I logged that same call.  If the call 
is not in the log the field in populated with "None".  I have the "QSL Via" 
log default in the User Options set to "None".  I would like all of my log 
entries to default "QSL Via" to "None" regardless of the last entry for that 
call.  The way I read the help file having the User Option log default set 
to "None" should do just that.   My memory of it is that it used to do that 
but since I installed DXBase on the new PC I'm seeing the current behavior. 
Is my memory going on me or not?
