[Dxbase] Can I get an adif file from someone?

A quick question 

If you have uploaded to LOTW and now you have the correct prefix to the new countries I understand LOTW will basically ignore anything if it does not meet the criteria based on time and date 

So doing a new upload to LOTW will make things ok for credit ??

I would like to test with some data other than me poking in qsos, could
someone who has a bunch of the PJs after 10-10 create an adif file, zip it
to me in a private email?
