Well, we have a problem!!!

Over this last week I got a new LoTW certificat.
I then used the Auto Lotw and everything seemed to go correctly and 
created a TQ8 file that had 9306 QSOs read in.  Don't remember 
exactly how many ADIF Output it said but it was over 9000.  I up 
loaded it to LOTW and it took them.  When LoTW finely said it was 
processed and I looked at the Result it showed this at the end:

2010-11-04 23:05:59 LOTW_QSO: Successfully processed 9121 QSO records 
in 481.199079 seconds
2010-11-04 23:05:59 LOTW_QSO: 6734 records were replacements
2010-11-04 23:05:59 LOTW_QSO: 710 QSL records entered
2010-11-04 23:05:59 LOTW_QSO: No errors encountered

So using Auto LoTW I downloaded and got 1064 read in, 710 LoTW  Recs 
Used and 354 QSOs w/errors.

I then did a LoTW Import.  All looks good except all QSOs in my log 
after 02/19/2010 have CFM and QSLS with No in them.  Everything 
before that date has No, Card, LoTW or Both in the CFM and Both or 
LoTW under QSLS.

I ran Auto LoTW several times again but it will not produce any ADIF output.

How can I get those QSOs from 02/19/2010 to todays date to be 
reentered up to LoTW.

Is their a problem on my end with the operator?
