[Dxbase] Change request: delete or change status of needed spot in DX info window after logging the spotted station.

Frank, if you have DX Base 2007 that is actually implemented (sort-of), and
in a really good way.
Let's say you get an alarm for a needed spot. You work that station on that
mode/band combination you can right-click the spot in DX INFO and say ADD TO
EXCLUDE LIST.
What that does is exclude that callsign on the spotted band and mode from
tripping any further alarms. In the "Internet Cluster" window an excluded
spot will have an E appear in the QSY column letting you know that the spot
has been excluded. You can go through the excluded calls list (DX INFO
window, right-click, VIEW EXCLUDE LIST) and just delete entries.
Ideally, I agree with you -- it would be nice to have a call/band/mode combo
automatically go into exclude mode once the QSO is logged. The bigger
question is this: What happens if you have a DXpedition where operators are
using unique callsigns but on the same band/mode. IIRC, the VU7 or VU4
operation a few years ago was like this. You then have to determine whether
ALL calls set off the alarms (or are excluded) once you make a call on that
band/mode combination. Also, that exclude mode should time out after, say, 6
months or a year.

Hi Neil & group,
One other thing I'd like to have changed is the following:
- When I work a station that is shown (and colored) in the DX Info
window as needed, the status of that spot should change after logging the
station, or the spot should be deleted completely, or even better: have the
possibility to choose either delete completely or change status.
