[Dxbase] OT: CW Rcvr program

The MFJ code reader does a creditable job as long as the CW signal is
"machine sent." THE MFJ along with almost all such devices is NOT smart
enough to provide perfect copy on the fists of many amateurs because while
readable by a human ear the machine is not typically capable of the
decisions the human makes automatically unless the reader has an adaptive
algorithm which is not common on a consumer grade code reader.
