[Dxbase] LOTW Tutorial

1. You create an adif file using DXBase.
2. You process the adif using the LoTW program called "TQSL" this creates a 
New .tq8 file.
3. you upload the .tq8 file to LoTW. 

Click, click, click real easy man.

Is there a step-by-step tutorial for creating an ADIF file for LOTW and
getting it uploaded?  I understand the process but I'm doing something wrong
as it isn't working.  I'm sure it is obvious but I need some help from
someone who is comfortable with it.
