[Dxbase] Icom 706MKIIG rig interface

On Tools/Options/User Options check the Log Defaults tab.  Make sure you 
have the box for Load Band/Mode from HF Transceiver checked.  Then on the 
Radio1 tab make sure you have the box for Connect HF Radio 1 Serial 
Interface checked as well.  If either of these boxes is unchecked DXB will 
not read the frequency from the radio.
