[Dxbase] psk31

I use DxbPSK for use with DXB.  When you hit the Log QSO button it transfers 
the contact directly into DXB, no retyping, eporting/importing, etc.  Joe 
WA6AXE did a great job updating and fixing bugs with V2.30.  Give it a try.
