[Dxbase] Opening DXBase Problem

Yes, I did this but nothing changed. After closing and then reopening
DXB I noticed that the check mark by QSO Log under Window is no longer
checked. Placing a check mark once again did not change anything.

Have you tried clicking on the New QSO Log menu item under Window?
