[Dxbase] Prefix Database File

I opened my copy of DXBase2007 to check my 6 Meter Country totals and got 
a few error messages that there were 5 prefixes (4O, E5/N, E5/S, E7 and FJ) 
were not in the database ???

I keep a full copy of DXBase2007 on a second computer, so I copied over my 
.mdb file, but that did not fix it. Is the Prefix Database in a different file ? If 
so, what is it called.

I tried adding 4O to the busted Prefix file, but I get a cryptic message telling 
me it's in there ??

Never had this one before.
