[Dxbase] Internet toolbar help DXb2007

My Tool bar for Internet is gone. I do not even see it as an option to check
on the pull down from VIEW/TOOLBARS. This is the one identical to the 
Packet toolbar

First time this has ever
happened. I have hunted and searched but this one has got me.
I saw the note about disappearing toolbars but not sure that is what 
this is.
Any ideas.
