[Dxbase] DXB reports for Grids

It would be Output, Standard Reports, VHF Statistics. I just, finally,
figured it out. It hard to believe I have been using DXB since 4.0.
But, Joe knows. I am looking these reports over. I will have some
comments for the developer later.
