[Dxbase] Trying one more time - CQ DXMarathon CY2009 for DXbase2007

I'm not familiar with the CQ DXMarathon, but there is nothing wrong with xcel files containing macros, as long as you know who the files are from. I use them all the time in many of my spreadsheets, and get them from others that I know and trust.

If it is just a matter of opening and testing the file, I'd be glad to do it. Thanks for all the great work.
