[Dxbase] DXB2007 Time display

I get the same message that Wes does when running Help under Vista. I seem
to recall that when I downloaded the WinHlp32 file from MS there was a
second part that activated the macros in the Help file. MS was recommending
that you NOT do this as hackers often use the macros for malicious purposes.
I bought into the MS logic and did not load or activate the macro capability
in the Help file. That's why the messages pop up. I've used DXBase for so
long I rarely need to check the Help manual so it's not a big deal for me.
Hopefully when Neal releases DXB2010 there will be a new Help file or HTML
link that will solve this problem..
