[Dxbase] update on 2006 error

Dave the same thing happened here also?.. Im running vista and I found if I run it in administrator mode its back where it should be ?... 
Im actually waiting for a new drive for this machine then im going to install Win 7 and ill have to install DxBase from scratch again . 
I never could figure out how to minimize that after it went full screen and I played for days ?

while waiting for the holiday to be done so I can get my reg file for recent 
purchase of 2007, I experimented with my 2006 to see if I can get rid of the 
problem I have had for a while, with no answer, and installing the trial of 
2007 caused it to appear in that one as well 

my transmit toolbar window went full screen a while back, and several 
attempts to get it back to the docked line and small size failed. 

reinstalling and consequently reset my settings was the only fix. I guess I 
will have to reinstall 2007 to fix it too. anybody find an easier solution
