[Dxbase] ADIF Export File Question

I believe this thread started out as how do I select new records to go to LOTW?
If not I am sorry for the message.

To send new records in a ADIF file for LOTW I go to the QSO Record filters on the Selection Wizard and uncheck everything and then check "No LOTW Submitted".

This will just give me the records that I have not submitted yet.
