[Dxbase] DXB2007 Upgrade

I finally did it ... I upgraded my old dinosaur DXBase2001 to DXBase2007.
My main reasons for not doing so until now where the other updates had
nothing added that interested me and the fact that an upgrade would have
cost me the full price.

So, along comes Neal and he reduces the upgrade pricing to a much more
reasonable level, so I jumped in.

I was apprehensive about the upgrade, after all there had been a myriad
of Prefix Changes and new Countries along the way.

I am here to say that the upgrade went flawlessly (except for a couple of
housekeeping problems of my own causing).

Once I was lost and now I am found ...
