When someone mentions 'ELMER' I always think of Joe.

I think I may have been Joe's biggest client.
He created numerous special reports to help me chart my goals.
He tutored me through the qsl card creation process.
He was never too busy, to help.

I will miss you Joe...the best to you and your wife...

My prayers are with you both.
