[Dxbase] Best of wishes to Joe - WA6AXE

Joe just sent a sad note of his departure from helping us all in using
DXBase and I deeply regret his departure. I have no wish that he leaves us
but this is his choice and I will respect it.

We all owe Joe a tremendous debt of gratitude, me more than most. I will
miss his advice, perspective and good cheer. I sincerely hope he can be a
part of the future of DXBase if he decides so.

I will do my best to fill in his humongous presence  but that is impossible
to completely do.
