There is no way to directly sort the QSO's in the Previous QSO window. 
However, if you periodically use the Dxbutility program found in the DXBase 
programs group to compact the database, the QSO's will be sorted in the 
correct date and time order.  As changes are made to the database over time 
the dates will again begin to display out of order and it's time to do 
another compact.

I don't believe it's currently possible to do either of these actions under 
DXB.  Perhaps this could be suggested for a future update, although I 
suspect Neal already has his plate full for the pending DXBase2010 update.
