[Dxbase] Summary window is blank

I'm setting up a brand new PC.  Installed DXbase 2007, did the registration
key thing, entered config data and sized all the windows.  My practice is to
keep a mirror copy on the shack PC and my laptop by zipping and extracting
two files:  w1ebi.mdb and refdata.mdb.  I extracted those files into the
directory on the new PC and I now have a new archive log showing all 57,000
QSO records.  However, the Summary window is blank--no record of any QSO's
for any band/mode (yes, I did initialize tables).  Also, there is no LAT/LON
data in the DX Info window.

Obviously there is a file that I need to move from the current archive
version of DXbase.  The Prefix Database table is present.  Which file am I
missing?
