[Dxbase] guys I need some help here

May I suggest to anyone in this situation to try joining "Clublog"

www.clublog.org

While its original purpose was a multi-band DXCC ladder for a club it has a 
very good set of callsign checking algorithms and exceptions to the "rules"

Once you register you can upload your plain ADIF log

You will receive back a list of "exceptions", calls which do not match the 
logged country etc.  It is worth joining just for that, plus the fun element 
of seeing your score on a worldwide basis

The web site also links to their reflector which is a mine of information 
and the route o report new exceptions

Well worth a try in my opinion
