[Dxbase] Tips.txt file

Did you know that in DXbase, you can click the Help menu button and then 
select "Tip of the Day".  This will display a window that displays one line 
of the tip file at a time on your screen.

If you modify the formatting the tips.txt file using an editor, it may 
distort the display mentioned above.

I EDITED THE "Tips.txt" file in the m ain DX B2007 folder by inserting a 
space between each of the tips--to make them more readable, as 
"Tipss.txt"--i am enclosing both the original and the editerd files herein.
