[Dxbase] Need Help With Updater

Finally got the guts up to try the updater.  I downloaded the file.  
Neal's earlier response to my request for instructions was "to unzip it 
anywhere."  I unzipped it and things started getting complicated after 
that.  I don't think this can happen without instructions.  I got a 
screen I have never seen before that looks like it is part of the 
updater.  In any event, I unzipped the file and my data is not updated.

I need a step by step set of instructions to implement this.  I'm not a 
computer geek.  Just a DXer.
