[Dxbase] Updater

I have been watching the reflector comments about the updater and 
waiting until several people had used it before I finally applied it.

It went very smooth except for one strange thing.  Some stations signing 
pj/their call are left at the old pj2 Netherland Antellies.  Others were 
correctly changed!  I can not see any rime or reason for that, but it 
did not take much to make the manual corrections.

I did this on two different computers, both running XP with the same 
results.

This is not a complaint, just a comment.
