[Dxbase] Windows 7 64 Bit & Internet Host File Problem

Just curious as to why you must use Notepad as opposed to any other ascii text editor.

  Open it in Notepad and you MUST run notepad as Administrator. Be careful that you don't accidentally save the file with a .txt extension.
