[Dxbase] Windows 7 64 Bit & Internet Host File Problem

Good Afternoon
 
Win 7 64 bit is not recognizing the host file used for the internet  
connection for the DX Cluster.
 
The host file is listed and contains the required data but is not appearing 
 under the User Tools tab, Internet.
 
Of course it will not connect to any of the DX Cluster sites.
 
I thought I saw a thread on this topic but could not find it in the  
reflector archives.
 
Any assistance would be appreciated.
