[Dxbase] Need to extract part of log as adif file

I used my DXbase 2007 for logging during the last CQWW cw contest. I only intended to work some dx and not submit my log, but got carried away and did about 250 QSOs. Now I would like to extract the relevant QSOs, either into a new DXbase log or preferably into and adif file for submission. Before I start experimenting I'd like some suggestions on how to do this. What is the recommended procedure?
