[Dxbase] adding countries to 2007

I was using dxbase 2006 and upgraded things with Joe's procedure to add 
swains FJ and the like.  Im sure a procedure is in the help files but I 
am just not putting the right search items in.  Can someone direct me to 
what I need to do.  I was just noticing that FJ was coming up FS so 
obviously I need to do this.
