[Dxbase] QSLing

 Now I'm using nice small program written by Joe, but it's dedicated for
DXb2007 hence doubt that it will work with DXb2005. 
 At the beginning I did it "manually" using the Selection Wizard tool with
ADIF output, it's definitely more complicated for sending/replying specific
cards, but quite simple for bulk (from Date to Date, or  sorted by "QSL
received" field etc)
