[Dxbase] Trouble closing DXBase

When you are saving -- are you overwriting or just a straight save -- if
so -- look in your directory to see if you have duplicate files.. Happened
to me once before and I don't remember changing anything to allow it to save
that way -- mind of its own - I guess..
