Let's see, my email was time-stamped at 9:17 PM ET.  Joe's email below was
time-stamped 10:57 PM ET.  All I can say is, DXbase may not have all the
bells and whistles as some other logging programs, but it a lot more than
most and plenty of the important ones.  And it has a secret weapon...WA6AXE.
