[Dxbase] The CQ Diamond Jubilee (75 yrs) WAZ Award

Joe, any chance you would consider creating a new report addressing 5BWAZ?
It's the most challenging DX award in my opinion.  It would be neat to have
a view in one single report rather than running separate ones for each of
five bands.  Anyone else vote for this?

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of WAZ, CQ is pleased to
announce the Diamond Jubilee Worked All Zones award.
It will be issued upon presentation of log extracts showing twoway
contacts with each of the 40 CQ zones of the world (SWL
okay as well) during the period from November 1, 2009 to
December 31, 2010 (UTC).
