[Dxbase] Downloading DXb2007 from Joe WA6AXE's website

OK, I'm trying to install DXbase 2007 on a new laptop, running XP Pro SP3
(same as this laptop).  I have the 2007 zip file and my 2007 registration
file.  I unzipped the program files.  When I try to launch the program, I
get the DXbase 2007 title window underneath this error window:

"An installation support file could not be installed.
No mapping between account names and security ID's was done."

Neal, Joe--any idea why this isn't working?
