[Dxbase] New Dxbase2007 auto-prefix update exe file - Joe WA6AXE

For all DXbase2007 users:

I have just posted my newest Auto-Prefix Update EXE
program file to my Ham Radio website.

The newest part of the program is for updating the changes
that have taken place during 2009 - which are:

(1) Starting June 1, 2009 there are some new PREFIXES that are for Portugal, Azores, and Madeira Isl.

- and -

(2) The changes for the FT#E, FT#G, FT#J, and FT#T prefixes.

The program also still checks for the 4O, E5/N, E5/S, E7, and FJ.

If you have used/run my previous version(s) - you can STILL USE
this version!!!! - because if the particular change is not
needed - my program will simply skip past that addition/change.
