[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 and ve7cc cluster software

I had DXBase and ve7cc's software working together just a couple of months
ago on a computer running Windows 7 Release Candidate. Now that I have
installed the full-fledged Windows 7, I can't get it to work. I have gone
into configuration in the AR Cluster program and clicked on Enable Telnet
and use port 7300, with Live Spot Format and DX Spots checked. In DXBase in
the options for Internet I have Internet Window clicked and also have it
getting 127.0.0.1:7300 from the hosts file. The cluster software is working
fine with spots rolling in. But when I open a new Internet Window in DXBase
I get an error message saying it cannot open that site. What am I
forgetting/overlooking?
