[Dxbase] VHF Packet Users?

Hi Tony
Its purely a backup connectivity issue so that if the cluster you connect
goes down (either due to power, maintenance, internet problems, etc) you are
connected to a secondary cluster for spots. Some people have creative ideas
like connecting to one node for US spots only and a second one for all spots
etc.
