[Dxbase] VHF Packet Users?

[Neal Campbell]

If you could connect to 2 different internet clusters so you had one up at
all times would that suffice losing the vhf packet capabilities? I will make
sure that the keep alive function works but do you know why it doesn't seem
to be working now?
