[Dxbase] Populate QSLREC date--update

The date populates correctly, but only if I have NOT already sent a card.
If DXbase shows "Card" or "Both" under QSLS, then the date does not populate
under QSLREC.  I guess it's always behaved this way, I just never noticed.
I would rather it did not do this.

On my previous laptop, when I received a QSL card and selected CFM-Card, the
QSLREC date was automatically populated.  Running the same 2007 version on
the new laptop, but the date did not populate.  I can't seem to find a
checkbox or selectable option.  What am I missing?
